⭐ Advanced Asset Management Enterprise

Full asset tracking: per-asset records, automatically calculated depreciation, and your own company's lists of groups, locations and custodians.

⭐ Advanced HR ENTERPRISE

Full employee records, performance reviews, job and pay ranges with out-of-range alerts, PTO planning and a US payroll estimate with printable pay stubs. Turnover, tenure and absenteeism are still calculated automatically and feed the diagnostic’s HR module.

⭐ Inventory Control ENTERPRISE

Items, receipts, issues and inventory turnover calculated automatically — feeds directly into the diagnostic's Inventory module.

⭐ Basic Finance ENTERPRISE

Accounts payable and receivable, with average payment terms calculated automatically. Feeds only the cash cycle in the diagnostic's Finance module — margin, ROE and liquidity still come the way they already work (document upload, AI extracts), since those require an actual balance sheet and income statement.

⭐ Fleet Maintenance ENTERPRISE

Assets, depreciation and vehicles, with maintenance and cost per mile calculated automatically. Partial, indirect link to the diagnostic — a vehicle is an asset, so there's a bridge to Asset Management, but Fleet isn't its own IOE module.

⭐ Growth Engine ENTERPRISE

Landing pages, channel attribution, and a readiness index calculated from what already exists in Inventory, Team, Finance and CRM — no standalone marketing tool can see that.

⭐ Accounting ENTERPRISE

Chart of accounts, double-entry bookkeeping, general journal, trial balance and balance sheet — generated from Basic Finance, Inventory and Asset Management. An internal management-accounting tool: it does not replace the formal books your books of record require, which should be handled by a licensed accountant or CPA.

⭐ Purchasing ENTERPRISE

Vendor → quote → order → receiving. When you confirm receipt, the system automatically updates Inventory, Asset Management and Finance (which already generates the accounting entry automatically).

🤖 Automation Center ENTERPRISE

Here you decide, action by action, what the AI can just flag, what it can prepare as a draft for your approval, and what it can do on its own. It's off by default — nothing changes in your company until you turn it on.

Module weights in the IOE calculation

The weights must add up to 100%. Changes apply to future calculated diagnostics (already-saved diagnostics are not recalculated).
